Shipping policy

All Jewelry is created after the order is placed. Production time can take up to 5-10 business days.

Shipping Time (not including production time): First class typically takes 3-5 business days. Priority shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Internationally shipping takes 7-21 business days.

Shipping issues: After the package is dropped off and we issued your tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the items. Any issue with USPS can be disputed with your local post office. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us. 

Insured mail: If you feel more comfortable with your mail being insured please select Priority Mail. First class mail is not insured, therefore if your item is lost or stolen you may not file a claim. Both Priority Mail and First class mail will be given a tracking number.
